I spend a lot of time in the kitchen both eating and cooking. For me, and I am sure for many of you the kitchen is the heart and soul of the home. It is the place we gather with family and friends. When I entertain I do so in the kitchen. This way I don’t miss out on any of the action while I am peeling, chopping, mixing and serving. My friends and family sit around the table, we chat and laugh and I delight in their oohs and ahs as they are presented with one platter after another. I am a very messy cook and there is no ways I can cook without an apron. If I am going to spend the evening wearing an apron then it might as well be something pretty.
